Ural M6 is a brand new generation of vibropresses. It has the advantages of its ‘big brother’, the Ural M7 vibropress, such as the capacity to mold two large edgestones 1000 x 180 x 300 mm, while retaining the weight and size of the Ural M5 model. These features allow customers to use the Euro model at smaller production floors.

The molding area of 1200 x 450, unrivaled in Russia, allows producing six wall stones in a row within one molding cycle. It allows stacking the finished products on shipping skids (Euro pallet) without prior relaying. It is the first Russian-made vibropress with this function.   Its price places the new product between Ural M5 and Ural M7 vibropresses, so that the customers could be more rational in selecting the equipment necessary for their business.   The main feature of the Ural M6 (the rate of Euro pallet laying) allows integrating this vibropress in the Full Cycle automated line.

Note: The price of Ural M6 vibropress includes any press mold from the standard list, commissioning works and personnel training. Racks and skids are produced separately at negotiated prices.

Vibropress «Ural-M6» can using in Full Cycle automated line — The Full Cycle automated line complements your vibropress with a set of mechanisms for stacking molded products, unloading them from operational skids and laying them on shipping skids. They also feed empty skids to vibropress hopper, providing for a complete closed cycle and eliminating manual labor.
